How many passengers can share a shuttle?
To ensure comfort, we limit shared shuttles to a maximum of 6 passengers per van. This ensures ample legroom and luggage space.
Can I bring extra luggage or a car seat?
Each passenger is allowed one large suitcase and one carry-on. If you have extra bags, sports equipment, or require a child car seat, please let us know during booking.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flights in real-time. If your arrival is delayed, our team automatically coordinates to place you on the next available shuttle slot.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee your seat, especially during peak travel seasons.
What is the cancellation policy?
